Shipping & Delivery

For smaller items sent with our carriers we aim to deliver in 2-3 days, should there be any delay we will inform you.

Please ensure when placing your order that we have all contact numbers for you, our Furniture Delivery Specialists will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a date and time, without reliable numbers this is not possible.

Every item is checked prior to dispatch, and will then be delivered to your door. You will have helped unpacking your purchases ensuring they get to you in perfect condition. Please check the goods before signing, the driver will be happy to wait. He will ask you to sign to agree you have received them in perfect condition; we will not accept liability for damaged goods after the driver has left.

Returns & Replacements

Please measure and check that the goods will fit in your home before you order as a charge will be made for goods returned.

Should you not require your chosen item after it has been delivered, please inform us within 48 hours to return the item. If you decide to return the goods you will be responsible for all carriage costs.

Goods should be returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

All our products are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit however, due to the delicate nature of some of the products, occasionally something may get damaged. Should there be a need to replace the product please contact info@tradeinteriorsshop.co.uk and we will gladly provide a replacement if the company thinks it is the appropriate course of action. The company will not be liable for any damaged caused by incorrect assembly.

Ordering

For larger more delicate items within 7 days of placing your order, you will be informed by telephone or email of a delivery date by our specialist delivery company. Wherever possible all goods are available from stock, however products are sometimes subject to availability We will inform you as soon as possible should an item be out of stock, in this case you would be offered a full refund if you rather not wait for the item to become available.

PRICES

Our delivery charges are:-

£16.95 – This is for larger or delicate items that cannot travel with our courier service, this is for as many items as you order across the whole of the UK Mainland, and we cannot offer delivery outside the UK mainland.

£15.00 - This is a complusory "white glove" service. To ensure that our delicate products such as the mirrored furniture reach you in perfect condition we only send them with the white glove service. Please contact us if you have any queries before placing your order.

£6.95 – This is for our smaller items as these can travel safely with our carriers, please call for a quote for deliveries outside the UK mainland including Islands and Highlands.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is currently by Paypal only, all transactions are handled via the Paypal webite and no card data is stored on the our website, go to www.paypal.co.uk to open an account.
